Essay

Object of research is information and measuring system of electronics diagnosis. The purpose of research: increasing of electronics diagnosis reliability by means of using the computer diagnostic model and application of algorithms of measuring channel error correction. Methods of researches: error theory methods, error correction theory methods, fuzzy sets theory methods, computer simulation approach. Theoretical results: conception of truncated diagnostic model inadequacy error is introduced, for the diagnosis procedure the influence of ratio between additive and multiplicative components of measuring channel error on diagnosis reliability is estimated and the error components cor-rection algorithms are developed. Practical results: the structural and algorithmic organization of diagnostic model formalization are developed, the technique of diagnostic parameters optimization is given. A subject and degree of introduction: the algorithms of additive and multiplicative components of measuring channel correction in Scientific and Research Institute of Ex-perimental Studies Automation (Kyiv), into educational process in National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI" (Kyiv); the technique of computer diagnostic model construction in Institute for Occupational Health of AMS of Ukraine (Kyiv). Efficiency of introduction: increasing of diagnosis reliability in information and measuring systems of different purposes. Sphere of use: information and measuring systems design using basic facilities.
