Essay

The thesis presents the results of the investigation of the formation of quasicrystalline Al-Cu-Fe structure from the vapour phase at the high rate electron-beam deposition. Сonditions for the formation of thick coatings with perfect quasicrystalline structure as well as the features of the structure of deposited coatings have been found. The results of the study of electrophysical and mechanical properties of obtained quasicrystalline coatings are presented.
