Regional economic security management process. The process of constructing of theoretical bases, scientific and methodical fundamentals of regional development management efficiency increase under the terms of market economy based on economic and mathematical modelling of regional economic security management. Methods: system analyses, economic and mathematical modelling of social and economical systems management, econometrical forecasting. The modells of economic security territorial system crucial level diagnostics which allow to take into account the dynamics of development' indicators changes is done.
