Metabolism of nutrients and, especially carbohydrates, mixed microbial population of caecum of rabbits were the object of investigation; purpose - to study the peculiarity of changes in last products of metabolism of different sources of carbone and nitrogene with mixed microbial population of caecum of rabbits; methods of research: biochemical, biologically-economical, statistical; novelty - for the first time it mas carried out the investigation of processes of nutrient metabolism by microbial population of rabbits caecum with the purpose of find out the peculiarities of forming the last products of fermantation of different sources of carbone and netrogene, and also the influense of fodder addition and other exogenic factors on exchangeable processes in organism, which grows, and their productive effect, that in the final result gives the possibility to direct metabolism for the increase of anabolism and rise of productivity of this kind of animals.
