The dissertation is a research into phenomenon of cultural influence upon other. The research shows that cultural influence differs from other forms of social influence (in general meaning) by its value-oriented and free from compulsion nature. Cultural influence leads to the most significant effect оn the personal qualities of the influence object and is characterized by the strongest determination by the personal qualities of the subject of influence. The personal qualities of the outstanding personalities of the European culture are studied and systemized as the personal conditions of cultural influence upon other. The built system appears a new model of personality capable of significant cultural contribution. The model supplements and develops existing similar models. The reflection of cultural influence in modern student environment is studied empirically.
