Essay

Studying of a morphogenesis of an antipsychotic parkinsonism has allowed to reveal presence of two stages of neurotoxicosis. There are two mechanisms in a basis of development of an antipsychotic parkinsonism - damage of endotheliocytes and a basal membrane of capillaries of substantia nigra and also immediate damage of neurocytes and glial cells. It is revealed that neuroleptics at long application are capable to damage a gene of neurocytes of substantia nigra, that further results in development of the programmed destruction of a cell - apoptosis. The received morphological data testify that at long use of neuroleptics except for damaging processes, arise as well adaptable processes that testify to an opportunity of convertible changes in a black substance at an antipsychotic parkinsonism.
