Essay

Object: the industrial installation of quartz tubes extraction. The purpose: the increasing of reliability, efficiency and accuracy of operation functioning of ASCTP of quartz tubes extraction by means of creation of system decision and finding the failure place. The investigation methods are based upon the automatic control theory, the optimal parameter estimation and dynamic systems states, statistical analysis, simulation modelling, calculating mathematics and making decisions. The theoretical results: the methods and algorithms of a building detection system and finding the failure place were worked out. The practical results: the methods of building systems of early detection of automated control system failures by tubes extraction process were used. Novelty: the mathematical relations were obtained. There relation take into consideration the constructions vibration. The approach for identification of models parameters states offered and the method of finding failure place on the basis of using the Kalman filter was worked out. The mode of active identification, which uses the procedure of successive models structure change was offered. Implementation: into the technological process to the Poltava gas-discharge lamp factory. Sphere: the automatization of the production processes.
