Essay

The object of this research are the technological processes and technical working systems. The purpose of this work is improvement of the product quality and the increase of work efficiency by creating the automated system of management objects' identification. The identification is based on the results of the supervision of the entrance and outlet signals during their functioning and resolving the task of non-parametrical identification. It becomes possible through the definition of the differential operator and the further specification of its parameters while applying the generalized method of parametrical identification with the help of the computer. The methods of research are based on the use of the theories of Automatic Regulation and Management, Probabilities and Mathematical Statistics, Mistakes and Computer Metrology which are used for defining the parameters of the differential operator. Also the Theories of Algorithms and Programming are applied for the creation of software which is used for the experimental research of the methods of identification with the help of the computer. The research also offers for the first time the method of constructing a transitive function based on the results of measurements in discrete points of the entrance and outlet signals of the working object; as well as the methods of identification by the results of research of transitive function. These methods allow to determine the order and parameters of the differential operator. Besides the research develops the program of realization of the offered methods on the computer, which enables to automate the process of identification.
