Essay

The thesis suggests to find out the pathogenic mechanisms of bone tissue lesions in ankylosing spondylarthritis and to work out the ways of correction via amizon inclusion into the complex therapy for the patients with the signs of immune status disorders and with the manifestations of an endogenous intoxication syndrome. The immune status lesions and the presence of an endogenous intoxication syndrome have been found in the patients suffering from ankylosing spondylarthritis. For the first time the interrelation of transformations in the immune status and endogenous intoxication condition with changes of the process activity has been studied in ankylosing spondylarthritis. Complex management with amizon inclusion proved to improve the efficacy of a standard therapy due to increasing the immune reactivity potential of the body, stabilization of endogeneous intoxication processes and to influence on remodeling a bone tissue in the patients with ankylosing spondylarthritis.
