The Object of the study there is bill operations, which have found the image in condition of the using computer technology. The Purpose of the study: motivation theoretical and methodological positions and development scientifically motivated practical recommendation for improvements of the account and checking bill operation. The Methods: inductions and deductions, grouping, generalizations, comparisons, history, logical. Theoretical and practical results: worded scientific positions of the methods of the account bill operation. Scientific novelty: reveal; open methodical particularities of the accounting bill operation; it is advanced economic essence of the notion "bill", which takes into account the particularities of a bill and there is the most optimum for the further development of the methods of the accounting bill operation; the advanced methods of the estimation of a bills for their account on balance and misbalance count; has got the most further development account policy account bill operation, where are offered concrete positions, which must be formed in account politician enterprise when use the bills in economic practical person.
