Essay

The thesis is devoted to questions of use of heating systems of industrial furnaces with a regenerative burner for charge of natural gas decrease due to warming up air. The geometrical parameters of a small-sized regenerator are established on technological parameters of work of the furnace. Temperature fields on height to a nozzle of a regenerator and its hydraulic resistance are designed. On the experimental stand adequacy of numerical experiment is established at regenerative heat exchange. Ecological features of work of a regenerative burner with high a level preheat air are investigated. The practical results received as a result of research are incorporated in the project of system of heating with a regenerative torch and used at construction of the new furnace for melting aluminum. By results of work of the furnace are established ecological compatibility and profitability of new system of heating.
