Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of reorganization of various short-range ordered types at him relaxations from nonequilibrium to equilibrium type and microscopic parameters of atoms migration, which describe this relaxations in Ni-Mo solid solutions. Using advance different methods of investigation of short-range order relaxation in alloys is shown that in Ni-Mo alloys at low temperatures processing short-range order relaxation is not limited vacansy mechanism of diffusion.
