Analyses the causes of destabilization work of diecuting press tigel-type, which need long-tern and herd-working organizer before the beginning of work. The possibility of removing this defect, is theoretically substantiated by the help of making elastic deformation mill of diecutting press. Recommendatins and methods of creating elastic deformation mill is also worked out.
