Perfection of process of the electro-slag welding of middling carbon steels, which provides the decline of concentration of hydrogen. Thesis became devoted to upgrading of electro slag welding of middling carbon steels and mining of an expedient of weakening of hydrogen. Theoretical generalization and new solution scientific - technical problem of weakening of hydrogen in weld metal is reduced by a heightening of an oxidation potential of a surface of a melt dross and simultaneous deoxidation of volume dross for a decrease a carbonizing of metal. The conducted researches and practical tests showed expedience of the use of the stratified connections of graphite in welding materials which are used ЕSW. The method of affinage is first developed threw the welded stitch from hydrogen at the electro-slag welding of middling carbon steels. The layer of thermolysis graphite, protects a molten slag from the atmosphere of air, reduces the carbon-monoxide fumes of alloying. Developed deoxidats for the improvedprocess of the electro-slag welding, which contain untraditional welding materyaly-sloystye connections of graphite. The mathematical design and optimization of deoxidats is conducted.Factious composition of pill deoxidats is optimized.
