Essay

The object of investigation is plasmin and complexes plasmin with strepkinase or monoclonal antibody IV-1c.The aim is investigation of plasmin activity regulation in complexes with plasminogen activators. Modulation of plasmin substrate specifity during plasmin-streptokinase and plasmin-antibody IV-1c complexes formation was studied. It has been determinated by biochemical methods,that the plasmin activity differs from activity of it's complexes with streptokinase and antibody IV-1c. Method for antistreptokinase antibodies in human blood serum determination was developed. Field of application: scientific and educational institutesof medical and biological type.
