Object - the hemorrhagic vasculitis course in patients with kidney trouble and without purpose: an increase in diagnostic quality and treatment of various variants of the course of glomerulonephritis in hemorrhagic vasculitis(GNHV); methods - clinical, laboratory, biochemical, immunological, immunoferment, physico-chemical, radiological, instrumental, morphological, statistic; novelty - for the first time the interrelationship between the GNHV manifestations and the severity of the disease extrarenal symptoms; for the first time the changes of fibronectin,beta-2microglobulin, dynamic superfician tension, visco-elasticity and urine relaxation in patients with hemorrhagic vasculitis having impaired kidneys or unimpaired ones have been establed: the influence of cryoglobulinemea on the course of GNHV; for the first time the factors influencing the state of nitrogen-and-electrolite evolving functions of the kidney as well as intrarenal hemodynamics in patients with hemorrhagic vasculitis; results - clinical extrarenal and laboratory parameters have been determined . They are able to reliably forecast the course of GNHV. The most rational chemes of pathogenetic treatment of patients with hemorrhagic vasculitis and kidneys impaired. This has been put in practice of treatment-and-prophylactic institutions of the Donetsk region, the cities of Lugansk, Poltava, Charkov as well as pedagogical process of the medical universities of Donetsk, Lugansk and Charkov. This can be used as a treatment and diagnostic process of the departments of rheumatology, nephrology, therapy and in the pedagogical practice of therapeutical departments of medical schools
