Object - the course of Chlamydia Reiter's disease in patients (male and female); aim - the improvment of quality of diagnostics and treatment in patients with Chlamydia Reiter's disease(male and female); methods - clinical, bacteriological, biochemical immunological, immunofermetal, radioimmune, instrumental, statistical; novelty - the sexual dimorphism of clinical-laboratory course of Chlamydia Reiter's disease and differencies between the frequency and the nature of peripheral joints, sacroiliac articulations, periarticular tissues, urogenitals, eyes, skin, cardiovascular system and kidneys affection were obtained for the first time. The peculiarities of Reiter's disease pathogenesis in male and female and the role of abnormality of immune system, nitric oxide and proinflammantory prostaglandines were discovered for the first time. The efficiency of antibiotics, non-steroid antiinflammatory drugs, sulfasalicylates, glucocorticosteroids, cyclopherone and polifermental mixtures in patients (male and female) is determined for the first time; results - clinical-laboratory features of Chlamydia Reiter's disease, which make possible the prognosis of the pathological process, course of disease and efficiency of treatment for male and female were outlined. The most rational sex dependent combinations of ethiopathogenetical therapy measures are recommended and apllied into practice of patient care-and-prophylactic institutions in Donetsk region, Luhansk, Poltava, Kharkov and also into educational process in Donetsk, Kharkov and Luhansk Medical Universities; field of application - medical- diagnostic process of rheumatology and therapeutic departments, educational practice of therapeutic chairs of medical education institutions
