Essay

The work is dedicated to the improvement of dynamometering method for diagnostics of beam pump units. According to this, the defects of beam pump units and its causes have been analyzed. It was showed that maximum effectiveness of diagnostics can be achieved when monitoring causes of defects of beam pump units and parameters of operating practices of an oil well. The methods of automated diagnostics of beam pump units using Walsh and wavelet transforms have been developed. The mathematical model of vibratory motion of oil-well tubing was created, that allows to connect vibration characteristics with liquid level of a well. The method of determining constant of friction based on downhole dynagraphs calculation was offered. The functional scheme of diagnostic system for beam pump units and schematic circuit of its units as well as software for microprocessor units and load sensor have been developed. The metrological analysis of sensing device and diagnostic system was accomplished.
