Control of internal structure of objects. The method of fast reconstruction of the images of internal structure of objects of the control is developed, with which use the practical algorithm of reconstruction of the three-dimensional image is advanced. The mathematical model of tomography system of scanning is developed, which connects intensity of x-ray radiation to the real projective data of object. Sphere of use is reconstruction tomography, the results are introduced in institute of physics of semiconductors of name Lashkaryova NASU (Kyiv).
