The work is protected, which purpose is the increase of technical and economic parameters and expansion of technological opportunities of turning automatic devices by increase of an overall performance and stability of the power characteristics of tightening mechanisms of variable structure with geometrical short circuit on the basis of their functional - modular analysis, account and designing with use of computer technologies. The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a problem of increase of efficiency of drives of a clip of variable structure with geometrical short circuit (ADC). The results theoretical and experimental researches on creation new and perfection existing ADC are protected with the purpose of increase of accuracy of processing, reliability and stability of fastening of preparations on turning automatic devices. The questions of the functional - modular analysis of new progressive designs ADC are considered on the basis of the system approach and modular principle, computer modelling static and dynamic characteristics. The technique and recommendations for designing ADC is developed. Are carried out (spent) experimental laboratory static and dynamic, and also industrial researches.
