Daragan R. Restoration of flexor finger tendines of fingers with damages in "critical area" in conditions of early functional loading (clinico- experimental study)

Object of research - patients with damages of tendons flexors fingers the hand in the cases of their injury at the level "a critical zone". The purpose - improvement of functional results of treatment the damages of tendons of flexors fingers hand at level "a critical zone" in conditions of early functional loading. Methods - mathematical, final elements, clinical, electrophysiological, X-ray and statistical. The intense-deformed conditions in tendon tissues in the anastomosis area are determined with mathematic modeling and final elements methods in restoration of the damaged flexor finger tendons in the conditions of early functional loading on compensatory efforts background; the tactics and treatment techniques of the patients using high durability seams and combined functioning in original device were developed. The efficiency use estimation of high durability seams was carried out in flexor fingers tendines in "the critical area". The functional rehabilitation technique of the post - operative patients was worked out. Treatments and analysis of results of treatment 115 patients is carried spent: the good results of treatment are received from 57,4 %, satisfactory - at 37,4 % cases, the lines of temporary invalidity on the average to 5-6 days are reduced.
