The dissertation is devoted to study of morphofunctional changes in mucosa in Helicobacter pylori - associated duodenitis and duodenal ulcer disease. It is established the redistribution of lectin receptor sites and ultrastrural changes of intercellular junctions in epithelium. In this situation remodeling interconnection called "cell - cell" and "matrix - cell" was marked.
