Essay

This dissertation is analysis of results of diagnostics and treatment of 240 children of the age 2 years to 15 years who had injuries of elbow. The complex approach of diagnostics of injuries in elbow in children was elaborated: using the combination of clinical and radiological research with ultrasonographical and dopplerographical investigations. Such approach helped to identify damages of cartilaginous structures, elbow capsule, to verify the presence of interposition of soft tissues and alteration of local blood flow. Influence of low intensive infrared laser radiation on haemartrosis was experimentally investigated (80 rats) and it was found that there was reduced fibrous tissues in the injured capsule.
