Object-patients with Reiter's disease (RD) with the affection of peripheral joints, periarticular tissues, spinal column and sacroiliac joints (SIJ); aim - the improvement of diagnostics guality in patient with RD with the affection of the locomotor system and the increase of effectivness of rehabilitation in patients with peripheral arthropathy, periarticular changes, spondylopathy and sacroileitis; methods - clinical, bacterioscopic, immunoenzymatic, instrumental, statistic; newness- the intercommunications of character and severity of the affection of peripheral joints, paraarticular tissues, spinal column and SIJ in patients with RD with urogenital, ocular, skin and heart pathologies have been interrelated for the first time; the factors permiting to prognose a course of changes of the locomotor system in patients with RD have been determined; the interference of some drug groups, natural and preformated physics factors on rehabilitative results in patients with RD has been proved for thefirst time; results - the favorable and unfavorable prognostic clinical criteria for estimation of course of peripheral arthropathy, tendovaginitises, entesopathies, spondylopathy and sacroileitis in patients with RD have been distinguished, the rational rehabilitative program for patients with RD with pathology of the locomotor system in sanatorium - spa conditions has been devised; it has been introduced in practice of rheumatological and therapeutic departments in hospitals of Donetsk, Lugansk, Poltava, Kharkov, and in educational process in Donetsk and Lugansk Medical Universities as well; sphere of using - medical - diagnostic process of rheumatological and therapeutic departments, sanatorium - spa foundings, teaching process in therapeutic departments of the medical institutes.
