The dissertation is devoted to development and research of new structures of systems of phase autofine tuning in classes combined and systems with a local positive feedback. The comparative analysis of systems FAT and FАTF with open cycle channels of management is executed from the point of view of an opportunity of their physical realizability. The task of structural synthesis of systems FАT (FАTF) with a local positive feedback is solved. It is shown, that open cycle communication with DM does not influence stability of the closed part of system and on its accuracy in the established modes and begins possible to synthesize DM only from conditions of an optimality. The structure of the combined system, insensitive to parametrical indignations is offered. Results of this thesis were implemented into UNDIZ deliverables and study process of higher educational Institute on communications. The area of implementations is telecommunication systems.
