Essay

The thesis is dedicated to improvement the descriptions of operation and to the increment of functional possibilities operating piezoresonance oscillating systems (OPROS) with modulated electromechanical tunable gap, being in the composition of reference or measuring frequency-modulated oscillators. The increment equivalent scheme of system and it’s mathematical model is created in this work, which for the first time it is made it possible to detect and to value compander properties of these systems, to develop the algorithms of straightening characteristic frequency control and to reduce equivalent series resistance OPROS. It is proved, that the employment of duty micromotions mobile electrode is decided these tasks nearly without losses high quality and it is basis of realization for electromechanical operation by mobile electrode, which has matrix structure and it is made according to technology microelectromechanical systems. The main questions of theory and design OPROS with microgaps are decidedand it is illustrated by new devices of frequency-modulated.
