The test object is the regularity of changes of agroecological state of soil cover in Forest - Steppe of Zhytomyr region during the process of intense agricultural use. The aim is to make the valuation of agroecological state of soils in the Right - Bank Forest - Steppe of Ukraine and to develop the measures of improving their fertility and agrocenosis productivity. The methods used are field, laboratory, radiochemical, agroecological, calculation and statistical ones. Theoretical results - the dynamics of changes of soil cover in Forest - Steppe under the antropogenic influence and the influence of durable, systematic fertilizers applying and cultivation methods on quality and quantity of humus and nitrogen fund in soddy podzolic soils are investigated. Practical results - the conception of ways of improving the fertility of soils and agrocenosis productivity and the radiation protection model of fertility management of soil are suggested. The novelty - the detailed valuation of agroecological state of soils in the Right - Bank Forest - Steppe of Ukraine is made.
