In the thesis the scientific problem of the functional and planning design of the organizational system office is studied. Research methods: system analysis, mathematic modeling, automation design, discrete programming, multi-criteria value, optimization, ergonomic value. The computer-aided office design techniques and its information support have been developed. Selection models of hardware and software facilities, an office equipment set, arrangement of working positions subject to functioning environment estimation have been developed. They allow to make decisions on many functional and expenditure criteria depending on a degree of definiteness of their value. The computer-aided design techniques structure on the basis of computer complex methods has been developed. The practical examples are given. They have been introduced into real objects.
