To achieve the given purpose such main tasks have been solved - the main trends have been analysed and some peculiarities of creation and functioning corporate enterprises with partial state owned property have been studied; the methodological as well as methodical foundations of modeling managerial processes in corporate systems of Agro-industrial Complex; the analysis of trends of combined sector of Ukraine's economics have been analysed alongside with the methodical and practical recommendations for realization of state corporate rights on the basis of methods of mathematical modeling have been elaborated. Some economic and social criteria as to methodology of mathematical modeling and optimization of corporate enterprises production have been determined.
