Essay

The object of the investigation is the fibrinolytic system proteins. The aim is the investigation of the effect of streptokinase on the activity and regulation mechanisms of fibrinolytic system components interaction. The modern biochemical methods were used in the work. Analysis of the data displayed the influence of streptokinase on the endothelial cells and platelets without plasminogen function. The injection of streptokinase causes the significant increasing of tissue plasminogen activator and PAI-1 quantity. Method of tissue plasminogen activator activity determination was developed for using in thrombolytic therapy. Field of application: scientific and educational institutes of medical and biological type.
