Korzh R. Construction and utilization of mathematical models for Internet provider price policy formation

Segment of off-line Internet service market. Development, investigation and application of economic-mathematical models for Internet provider price policy in Ukraine. Methods: systematic approach, system theory, mathematical statistics, econometrics, informatics, economic system control development, decision making theory. Issues of Internet service price formation and provider price policy for off-line services have been investigated. Main reasons which brake Internet technologies implementation in Ukraine were studied. A method of systematic research oriented on using of economic-mathematical models and directed on increase of provider's efficiency and creation of favorable economic conditions in Ukraine was designed. Recommendations as to support of real time decision making systems with taking into consideration necessity of model adaptation to new experiments were implemented.
