Object - the head for cutting a teeth and process of cutting of conic wheels with a circular tooth; the purpose - to develop methodology of increase of accuracy of manufacturing of gear pair conic wheels with a circular tooth on the basis of 3D-modelling and visualization of processes of cutting and the control; methods - theories of designing of cutting tools, cutting of materials, technologies of mechanical engineering, designing of the cogwheels, object-oriented programming, analytical geometry and vector algebra; novelty -the new approach in reception of the form of lateral surfaces of a teeth of gear pair conic wheels with a circular teeth on the basis of 3D-modelling, providing the qualitative gearing, new mathematical model of process of form creating of lateral surfaces of gear conic wheels with a circular tooth was developed; results - mathematical models and the software for modelling process of cutting of a teeth of conic wheels with a circular tooth; implementation - the machine engineering plants; field of application - mechanical engineering.
