Subject of research - the run of hemorrhagic vasculitis (HV); Aim is to improve quality of the HV diagnosis and treatment, find new elements of the illness pathogenesis; methods - clinical, clinical and laboratory, biochemical, immunologic, instrumental, ultrasound, immunoradiometric, statistic; novelty - changes in plasma viscosity have been first shown as well as changes in viscoelasticity, relaxation and dynamic surface tension of the serum in the HV pathogenesis, the role of cryoglobulinemia, hyperuricemia and the nitric oxide system in hemorheologic abnormalities in the course of the disease has been established, changes in thromobcyte-erythrocyte and plasmatic components of the hemorheology have been found to be significant as well as importance of physical-chemical properties of serum in skin lesions, joint disease, damage to gastrointestinal tract, renal disease, heart injury and other viscerites; factors, which determine the hemorheological state have been isolated; results - the criteria which allow to evaluate the run of HV, the activity of the process and to prognosticate results of therapeutic intervention have been established, the efficiency of antiaggregants, anticoagulants and multi-enzymatic mixtures, which affect the hemorheology, has been determined, the most rational approaches to treat HV have been developed in the complex therapy of this category of patients; implemented at medical and preventive treatment facilities of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, cities of Poltava and Kharkov and in the educational programs of Donetsk, Kharkov and Lugansk medical universities; scope -diagnostic and treatment process of rheumatology, nephrology and therapeutic departments, educational programs in medical institutions.
