In the dissertation the directions of perfection of the economic mechanism of management of process of reproduction of technical resources of the enterprises on an management technical resources reproduction process of the enterprises on an example of the enterprises of metallurgical branch are investigated. The economic essence of a category " technical resources " as element of the basic industrial capital is determined, its basic properties and characteristics are concretized. The tendencies of technical resources reproduction of the enterprises of metallurgical branch are analysed and their influence on results of their activity is determined. The recommendations concerning perfection of the economic mechanism of management reproduction process and approaches to definition of its efficiency are proved. The technique of a choice of an economically expedient method of charge of amortization is developed and the methodical approaches to planning expenses on technical reproduction at a stage of theirindustrial use are formulated.
