Isachenko V. Formation of the professional-pedagogical image of future teachers of universities

The objective of the research is professional-pedagogical training of future teachers of university during their master’s degree of education. The aim of research is to reveal and scientifically substantiate pedagogical conditions, which provide the effectiveness of process of formation of the professional-pedagogical image of future teachers of university during their master’s degree of education. Methods of the research are: theoretical, empirical, statistical. The results and the novelty of the research essence, features and functional structure of the professional-pedagogical image of a university teacher have been concretized; the pedagogical conditions that promote effectiveness of master’s degree education regarding the formation of the professional-pedagogical image of future teachers of universities revealed; new conception “Professional-pedagogical image of teacher” and “Professional-pedagogical imagelogy” have been included in degree-terminological content of pedagogic of university, theiressence and functions are characterized. The practical results and novelty of the research: the methodical providing of process of formation professional-pedagogical image of future teachers of university during their master’s degree education have defined. The object and degree of introduction – special course “Professional-pedagogical imegelogy” and the methodical recommendations for it’s providing have elaborated The effectiveness of introduction is high. The sphere of introduction is defined as pedagogical, in particular higher pedagogical institutions.
