Work is dedicated to development of plasma spraying technique of antiwear coatings with economically alloyed materials on basis of powdered roll-foundry iron machining tailings. In considers for the first time the effect of structural heterogeneity of cast iron powders on conditions of their plasma heating, structure and phase compositions of coatings.
