In the dissertation are created and scientifically grounded the mathematical models of allocation of budgetary investments to public health service and education. The tasks of the quadratic programming at the limited financial resources of investment formed the basis of models. The task of the nonlinear programming solution is aimed at maximum possible satisfaction of requests of subjects of investing at input limits.
