The dissertation is dedicated to studying of main pathomorphologic, immunomorphologic and microbiologic changes in cases of uterine cervix diseases and their mutual dependence on immunologic breaches. It has been shown by immunomorphologic and morphometric ways that one of the causes of structural rebuilding of epithelium in case of endocervicosis is the receptors-mediated and direct action of tissue lymphocytes. Morphologic-immunologic and differential-diagnostic criteria of different forms of endocervicosis have been developed. Considerable role of candidiasis and microorganism association in case of appearance and progressing of uterine cervix diseases has been established microbiologically.
