Essay

The work is devoted to the improvement of the treatment efficiency of the patients with hip fractures. Investigation has based on the analysis of the treatment of 163 patients with hip fractures. To improve the efficiency of the treatment system of functional activity and the system of rehabilitation were carried out. The efficasy of the different methods of hip fractures treatment was evaluated. It was find out that our method of rehabilitation allow to reach good results in patients who could not be operated. Using of complex treatment of hip fractures allows to apply early rehabilitation and to improve the results of the treatment confirmed by worked up method of early mobilisation.
