Essay

The objects is devoted to creation of the automated monitoring system of technological parameters at manufacturing the CFA, which allows to increase quality of piles, to decrease expenditures of labor and the charge of material resources, and also considerably to raise the culture of manufacture. The system of the automated control also provides documenting support in a text and graphic form, which is " the passport of a pile ". Known methods and means, which are used for the control chisel piles during their manufacturing, can not be applied to control the quality of manufacturing of piles. The existing control of sampling concrete during its submission in a chink can serve only for an indirect estimation, because a set of durability of concrete in cubes and concrete in a chink is different. That's why an actual problem was the development and introductions of the rational monitoring system of technological process of the device the CFA chisel machine tools with the electric drive of all mechanisms. Scientific novelty of the work is application of a technique of multifactorial of a planned experiment with the purpose of research of a noise stability of electronic devices which has allowed to increase volume of the helpful information owing to a variation of all factors which influence, thus is reduced necessary volume of experimental researches for the reception of adequate mathematical model. Realization of work and results of introduction. The developed monitoring system for today is entered on 11 chisel machine tools of a domestic production on the basis of the caterpillar crane of MKG - 25БР.The sphere of the use is building industry.
