Snegiryov I. The role of the evolutional-synergetic of paradigm in comprehension of socium

The role of the evolutional-synergetic paradigm in comprehension of tendencies of social development in retrospective and perspective plan has been investigated in the dissertation. The development of new methodology of investigating of society in the synergetic context is determined by the fact that traditional approaches, including formational one, demonstrate nowadays insufficient efficiency because they are not able to explain adequately the transition to qualitatively another level of social system in conditions of unstable existence. The investigation of social systems through the prism of the evolutional-synergetic paradigm, methodological and theoretical potential of which allows to comprehend more deeply and thoroughly the wholeness and complexity of such a phenomenon as the modern society as well as the dialectic entity of balanced and unbalanced processes in historical process, is quite perspective and productive. The place and role of fluctuations are exposed in the dissertation in the roleof which in the conditions of instability in social system an individual appear, as weal as according to which reasons namely in "the epoch of changes" the separately taken individual factor becomes able to influence macro-social processes. It is proved in the base of historical examples that the evolution of social systems is defined by two opposite tendencies - the tendency of entropy and tendency of negentropy which form bifurcational and evolutional trajectory of socium development.
