Subject of is process of taking decisions in optimal controlling problems with dynamic systems such as electrical; object of research is heightening of efficiency of optimum control of condition of dynamic systems at the expense of use of a parametric similarity; methods of research and equipment are analytical, experimental; the theoretical and practical results - are extended opportunities of mathematical simulation by an ascertaining of a parametric similarity at control of normal condition of an electrical system, which enables to receive steady parities between parameters of an electrical system and to use them for the decision of tasks of optimum control of its condition; stage of introduction is within the limits of field; field of usage is electric energy systems.
