Kruchok N. Analysis of agrarian enterprises' bank crediting

The dissertation was carried out to study analysis of agrarian enterprises' bank crediting for the purpose of management effectiveness improvement of the provision, utilization and repayment of credit resources. The credit relations definition and the banking crediting essence are specified. Loan relationships development preconditions are classified of by its essential signs enables to reveal the lacking preconditions and assess the degree of adequacy of going ones. The role of the state in creation of the lacking macroeconomic preconditions as well as the role of entity-borrower and bank in creation of the lacking microeconomic preconditions is well defined. The thesis proposes the reserves search algorithm which facilitates the entity to make its financial status sound and probe on necessity in short- and long- term loans within the planning of the entity operating and financial activities. In order to make such assessment far accurate, the author of the given thesis developed the financial coefficients of the floating assets structure and coverage of the long-term liabilities. The all-purpose method on assessing financial status of entity is worked out. The method based on applying of common as well as proposed by the author financial coefficients, enables to specify such a status, which depends on purposes of the assessment, namely, of the short-, long-term and general assessment of solvency. The author developed specific method on assessing the loan rating of agrarian entity. The method enables to assess annual limits of its short- and long-term loaning. The assessment algorithm of business projects expediency is proposed.
