Object of investigation - the flow measuring process in water-supply lines by information measuring systems; purpose of investigation - rise of functioning efficiency of an information measuring systems for a water-supply lines which are based on a recommendation forming for parametrical and structural optimization; methods of investigation - analytical, experimental; theoretical and practical results - there had been suggested the unique criteria system of flow rate metering as the initial transducers of the measuring channels of information measuring systems for a water-supply lines, there had been developed the mathematical models for the evaluation of efficiency of flow rate metering as the initial transducers of the measuring channels of information measuring systems which are based on unique criteria system, there had been suggested the feasibility study of choice of optimal structure of information measuring system and her measuring channels for a water-supply lines, the system, which providesan intelligent decision making support for parametrical optimization of information measuring systems had been elaborated, which are based on a choice of optimal flow rate metering of measuring channels; introduction level - within branch; branch of use - water-supply lines.
