Zaremba O. The account and the control of property insurance

In the dissertation the covered questions of improvement of the account and the control of operations of property insurance over the insurance organizations of Ukraine. The basic problems of insurers and directions of their decision are determined. The existing organization and methodology of the account and the control of operations of insurance over their conformity to modern requirements management is critically appreciated.With the purpose of increase of efficiency and reliability of the registration-economic information the mechanism of integration of all kinds of the economic account of operations of insurance in uniform system is developed on the basis of use of the newest computer technologies.In work the basic methodological mechanisms of the account of insurance activity are considered. Result of research of the control of operations insurance is the created model of management behind places of decision-making and in view of the newest tendencies - controlling, that is the effective mechanismof the complex control and assists decrease in unproductive losses at all stages of life cycle of an insurance product.The author offers algorithm of the current control of operations insurance and a technique of the control of qualitative and quantitative results of activity of the insurance company which assists financial stability and reduces risk of bankruptcy of the insurance organizations and the reliable guarantor for insurants concerning preventive maintenance to losses.
