Object - special bevel wheels with constant normal pitch; purpose - improvement of processes of shape-forming bevel wheels with constant normal pitch for the two-parameters gears; methods - wheel gearing theory, of shape-forming by cutting theory, apparatus of multiparametric space reflection, general structure of work and machine-tool gearing, theoretical principles 3D modeling; novelty - the domains of existence bevel wheels are determined, the 3D geometrical models of shape-forming are developed for preliminary and final teeth treatment, models contain the complete mathematical description of shape-forming element, shape-forming movements and shape-forming conditions in the operator, matrix and parametric record, the classification of bevel wheel shape-forming schemes with constant standard pitch are proved; results - the theoretical provision of the treatment technology of bevel-wheels with constant standard pitch, including for the selection of up-dated machines with СТС and control systems elaboration; application- significant decrease of expenses in comparison with other technological alternatives, the time was reduced to manufacturing and test of experimental models; branch- engineering.
