Essay

The object of the research is interpolation process of a function defined by experimental data in the 3D space. The purpose of the research is improving the efficiency and widening the field of application of the methods of interpolation of two-variable functions based on enhancement of the classical methods and development of the methods of interpolations by self-similar transformations in the 3D space. The methods and equipment of research: analytic, experimental. Theoretical and practical results: mathematical models, algorithms and software for interpolation of the two-variable functions in the computer graphics and data processing basing on the new modified and enhanced classical methods of interpolation and method of self-similar transformations in the 3D space. Level of implementation: within the application field bounds. Application field: computer graphics and processing of experimental data.
