Оbject - blood serum, liver and kidney of rats. The aim of study is elucidated of mechanisms of cobalt chloride and mercury chloride action of lipid peroxidation, thiol system and glutathione defense antioxidant enzymes; research of prevention possibility or limitation of toxic action HgCl2 and CoCl2 by preliminary administration of glutathion and investigation of mechanism of lipoperoxidation action of propranolol Methods - biochemical: determination of enzyme activity, differential spectrophotometry, differential centrifugation, and determination of protein content. Is shown that cobalt chloride influence on the glutathioneperoxidase-glutathione-reductase activite and mercury chloride -- glutathione-transferase activite. Discovery that activation of lipid peroxidation is accompanied by changes in thiol system. Field of application - scientific institutions of a medicobiological profile, because the results of research can be utilised in basic researches for development of models and approaches of prophylatixs of poisons of salts of heavy metals; in educational process on pharmacology and biological chemistry, in practice of pharmacey for detection of ?-аdrеnоblоckаtоr action.
