Object: activity of domestic commercial banks. Aim: creation of complex of economic-mathematical models for research of processes of forming of basic performance indicators of commercial banks and preparation of effective decisions in relation to the management by them. Methods: differential equations, econometry, game theory and mathematical programming. Results: approaches to the design of basic performance indicators of bank institutions are deep and developed . Use: in activity of the Mykolayiv branch of the commercial bank “Privatinvest”, in the educational process of LSFA.
