Essay

Aim: development of the statistical theory of the KH2PO4 family crystals. Methods: four- particle cluster approximation and mean field approximation. Results: within the proton ordering model with tunneling thermodynamics of the KH2PO4 family crystals have been studied, with taking into account the piezoelectric coupling thermodynamic properties of the KH2PO4 and NH4H2PO4 crystals have been studied. Inculcation: scientific publications. Application: physics of ferro- and antiferroelectrics.
